1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Custom Products – Due to the nature of custom printing, all custom-made items (vehicle wraps, mugs, T-shirts, business cards, banners, and buttons) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by SHE Graphix.
1.2 Non-Custom Products – Unused, non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

2.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2.2 To process your claim, include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item along with your order number.
2.3 If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

3.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where SHE Graphix is at fault.

4. Exchanges

4.1 We do not offer exchanges on custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4.2 For non-custom products, exchanges may be possible if the item is in stock. Contact us to check availability.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
5.2 Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
