3. Custom Orders & Design Approval

3.1 Customers must approve the final design before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
3.2 We are not responsible for any errors in spelling, colors, or design after approval.
3.3 Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect caused by SHE Graphix.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping times vary based on product type and location. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4.3 Any damage or loss during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5.2 Non-custom products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
5.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
